THE METHODOLOGY OF MEDICAL-GEOGRAPHIC STUDY OF PUBLIC HEALTH IN THE REGION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the algorithm of actions during the medical-geographic study of public health in the region. According to the author’s method developed and described five stages of the study, namely the following: stage of collecting and processing of data on health and reproduction research in the region; stage of systematization of data blocks of indicators, time series analysis, cartographic visualization of the information that was collected; stage of characteristics conditions and factors affecting the health of the population; phase component and integrated assessment of health status; stage of forming the priorities of health preservation and improvement of regional medical-demographic situation.
