Abstract

This article deals with the problems of teaching methods of the course " Regional Science". On the example of practical participation of teachers and students in the implementation of an integrated research project on the constraction of the Index of European integration shows for students cognitive and teaching the possibility of studying the development of a regional regulatory development with integrated indicators. The corresponding teaching material is based on their own research and practical participation of the author in the design and monitoring of the execution of the Strategy of Regional Development of the Kherson region until 2020. Identified cognitive and practical possibilities constructed with the participation of author Index of European integration for the adequate evaluation of the place of Kherson region in the context of regional development of Ukraine and determine the prospects and directions of such development.
