Cities diagnostic problems in the design of their development strategies

Abstract

The article deals with cities diagnose the problem in the development of their development strategies, in particular with the use of approaches postnonclassical methodology. Highlighted scientific principles for the development of urban development strategies in the modern conditions, in particular such as: dialecticism, subject-object integrity, consistency, evolutionism, multiplicative. The approaches to the analysis subsystem blocks of the city, as a socio-territorial system: natural resources, social and economicand management.
