INTEGRAL EVALUATION OF THE BIG AND AVERAGE CITIES POPULATION LIFE QUALITY OF THE UKRAINIAN BLACK SEA REGION

Abstract

In the article there is the methodology of the big and average cities population life quality (PLQ)
given. There were five groups of conditions and reasons of the PLQ emphasized: population potential, social and sociocultural development, economical and ecological auspiciousness. Big and average cities population life quality of the Ukrainian Black sea region was analyzed by specific and generalized integral indexes that define PLQ. Leading cities and outsiders in the region were marked out.
