METHODOLOGICAL RESOURCE OF THE GEOGRAPHIC EVALUATING QUALITY OF LIFE FOR MODERN MONITORING OBSERVATIONS

Abstract

 In modern Ukrainian society there is a growing need for regular regional monitoring of changes in the structural components of the quality of life of the population as the most important criterion for the effectiveness of governance and a demonstration of spatial socio-economic development as such. The article emphasizes the importance and practical importance of evaluating and analyzing the quality of life of the population, identifying its territorial differences, solving the tasks of informational support and approbation of the method of multi-dimensional evaluation. The problems and principles of constructing 
monitoring of quality of life and its features from the view of different groups of potential users, problems of modern information support of the evaluation process are revealed. The results of the estimation of the quality of life in the regions of Ukraine according to the data of 2015 are given. The geographical typization of the regions of Ukraine according to the peculiarities of the quality of life of the population is carried out, 8 types of regions are identified and characterized. The possibility of using the proposed methodology for monitoring the quality of life of the population at the regional level is substantiated.
