Abstract

The inconsistency of the modern agricultural specialization with the environmental conditions leads to a decrease in the economic efficiency of certain industries and to negative environmental consequences, in particular, to a catastrophic decline in natural fertility of soils. The maximum "inscription" of specialization of farms in natural landscapes with application of methods of multi-purpose geoinformation modeling will become an effective tool for optimization of land use, as well as for constant adjustment of monetary valuations of land within the limits of the State Land Cadastre.
